Products purchased from Bungzie can normally be returned within 30 days.
Simply contact our customer service team and we will promptly assist you.
• All returned products must be unused (e.g. items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered). We also cannot accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
• All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.
• You must contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the return and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), or you may visit our Customer Care Page for more contact options.
• You may be required to pay the shipping costs for products that are returned to us.
• Any products that are sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed and no credit will be issued.
• Once we've received your returned product, a credit to your account or a refund to your credit card will be processed for the purchase price of the item.
• We aim to process all returns within one (1) week of receiving the item. Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via email at email@example.com
• The Order which made with any discount coupon will be treated as a FINAL SALE.
• Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to Bungzie's discretion; returns sent back without RMAs will not be processed.
